CREW FTLBR Member Application

*Annual Event Sponsorship For Affiliate/Vendor Members:

Each Affiliate Member is required to be a paid sponsor for one event during each annual membership period and pay the applicable sponsorship fee for such event selected. Vendors may choose their event on a first-come, first-served basis. If sponsorship is not selected and paid by December 1 of any annual membership term, the member will be billed $500 (the value of the lowest sponsorship level) and may not renew membership until such sponsorship fee is paid. Failure to pay is a material breach of membership obligations and will result in membership termination.

Member Profile:

All Categories of Membership must be Supported by the Submission of two verifiable references within the commercial real estate industry. References are required to be sources other than the applicant's current employer. Current CREW Members and/or Board Members are eligible references. Attendance at a previous CREW meeting or function. Payment of membership fee at the time of application.

Credit Card Information:

The credit card information you provide will be processed only upon approval of your membership as motioned by the Board of Directors.

Applications will be reviewed and presented to the Board of Directors for consideration at the next board meeting (usually the third Wednesday of each month).

You should receive notification shortly after the conclusion of the board meeting. Upon approval, you will be invoiced for the administrative processing fee ($25) and Membership Dues as applicable.

The Sponsorship Director will contact approved Affiliates regarding sponsorship commitment and sponsorship opportunities. Benefits begin upon payment of dues and expire on 12/31 of the paid year.  Dues paid to CREW Network and CREW Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes but may be deductible as business expenses.
