Extended DISC – Becoming a Chameleon by Adapting Your Style
We all know we like to communicate a certain way. We also know that we often connect easily with others, but aren’t sure why. Conversely, we also at times struggle with connecting with certain people, but can’t identify the reason. Why does this happen? During this session, we will introduce the Extended DISC communications model, which is used by thousands of organizations around the world to enhance the communications process between co-workers, colleagues, prospects, and customers. Participants will walk away with an understanding of how to recognize the different styles, and how to adjust and adapt to enhance the communications process.
