Tips on Working Remotely, Managing Remote Employees and Selling Remotely

In the new environment, we can be challenged with effectively structuring our day, and managing and motivating employees who are working from home or other remote offices. During this session, we will cover some best practices and how to implement organization in your day via defined goals, and encouraging your employees to begin their day with a plan as well.  We’ll also discuss how to sell remotely, and how important it is NOT to press for a sale, but to ask questions in a nurturing way to uncover how your product or service might be the solution, or help solve the problem they are currently experiencing.
